We are looking for Call Center Representatives who can manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly, identify customers' needs, clarify information, research each issue, and provide solutions.
This person will be the contact between STRATA Networks and its current and potential customers.
Representatives must be able to effectively solve customer questions and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction as the primary goal.
This person will be responsible for seizing opportunities to upsell products and services along with building sustainable relationships.
A completed type test will be requested at the time of the interview.
Qualifications Employees are required to demonstrate skill in the use of computers and be eager to learn new technologies.
Must have adequate reading and spelling skills, have a positive approach in interactions with customers and team members, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
A completed type test will be requested at the time of the interview.

This is a part-time position, non-benefitted.
The position does offer an incentive program.
Drug testing and background check will be required.
